At Graziella Fine Jewellery, each piece is carefully selected and inspected to meet our luxury standards. For this reason, we allow refunds within 14 days of the delivery date online purchases. Please review our policy carefully before completing your order.
Return Eligibility (Online Orders Only)
- Online purchases may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Store credit has no expiration and may be used toward a future purchase
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for return or exchange:
- Items must be in brand new, unworn condition
- Items must be returned exactly as received
- All original packaging, tags, and components must be included
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Graziella Fine Jewellery reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not meet return condition requirements.
Watches
- Must be returned in perfect condition
- Must include original packaging, documents, and warranty card
Any missing components, resizing, wear, or damage will void return eligibility.
Jewellery & Other Merchandise
- In-stock jewellery and merchandise purchased online may be returned for exchange Refund or store credit only
- Items that have been sized, shortened, engraved, altered, or modified in any way are FINAL SALE.
Special Orders & Custom Pieces
- All custom designs, special orders, and made-to-order items are final sale
- These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit

- In-store return policies differ from online purchases

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method
- Graziella Fine Jewellery is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
