All shipments include insurance. If you receive damaged or incorrect item(s), you can make a claim within 10 business days of receiving your order by filling out the form on our contact page. If your order is not received by the scheduled date, wait one business day (to see if it shows up) and then contact us via the form on our contact page.

Factors such as where you are geographically located, whether your order is in-stock etc... all play a role in delivery times. However, once your order has been successfully paid for, our typical delivery period is between 7 to 10 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number as well.

Yes. Upon checkout you will be presented with a variety of shipping options as well as an option to pick-up your on-line order from one of our stores.

Custom designed merchandise, special ordered items with engravings or personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.

Yes. All our jewellery inventory is professionally photographed in our head office and then added to the website, so what you see is what you get. All watch photos are provided to us from the various brands and faithfully represent the product.

As mentioned above, we do our absolute best to properly light products, so you can see their actual colours and the clarity of diamonds and gemstones. If, however, the colour and clarity do not meet your expectations please fill out the short form on our contact page so our customer service team can help.

Assuming that the jewellery pieces is engraveable... yes, we offer personalization services.

Diamond and gemstone rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size; milgrain or ornate bands, some silver rings, or rings with alternative metals cannot be re-sized. We are happy to exchange your ring for another size within 30 days of purchase.

Yes. Our expert gemologists will assess your jewellery and provide you an accurate valuation. In the event of a loss or damage, having a current appraisal is critical. Most insurance policies require your insured jewellery to be appraised every three to five years. Schedule your appraisal now.

It is best to have your jewellery professionally cleaned by Graziella or another jeweller. This will ensure no damage is done to the jewellery. If you still desire cleaning your own jewellery, mix down some Dawn dish soap in warm water and soak your jewellery for around five minutes. Using a soft-bristled baby toothbrush, gently clean the jewellery. All it to air dry, then finish with a polishing cloth. We do not recommend chemical jewellery cleaner because they can damage certain stones.
