Shine Rewards Terms and Conditions:

The Graziella Shine Rewards Program is a rewards program offered by Graziella Fine Jewellery INC.  Rewards are earned and stored on your unique account in a dollar value that can be redeemed at Graziella Fine Jewellery locations.

Membership is free.  Your unique subscription number is assigned to you when you activate your membership.  

Earning Graziella Shine Rewards

Earn Shine rewards on eligible purchases at participating Graziella Fine Jewellery locations.  The base rewards rate is 5% back on selected, individual, regular priced items. Graziella reserves the right to change rewards rates at any time. Only eligible items and categories may yield Shine Rewards.  Selected category exclusions may vary without notice. 

Details and Restrictions

-Shine rewards are not valid with any other offers or promotions.
-Shine rewards can only be used for merchandise purchases at Graziella locations.
-Shine rewards are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or to purchase a gift card.
-Graziella Fine Jewellery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized card use.

Redeeming Graziella Shine Rewards

Shine Rewards are redeemable in-store only.  To "redeem" means to use your Shine Rewards at point of sale.  Shine rewards are treated as a "discount" on your total purchase and are thus applied to the before-tax amount of your purchase.   Graziella may exclude Shine Rewards redemption in combination with certain offers or promotions.
