AUCTION INFORMATION AND RULES

How to Bid: During the live auction, bid on items by commenting "I Bid $$$". (Facebook won't recognize numbers only posts).
Bidding Rules: Items that currently bidding under $300 require a $5 minimum bid increment. Items that are currently bidding at $300 or more require a $10 minimum bid increment. Keep in mind, these are just the minimum bid increments. If there is an item you really want, go big! We do not have any limits on the size of bids.
Live stream Delay: There is an approximate 10-second lag during the broadcast due to varying internet speeds. Keep that in mind when you make your bid. We try our best to get everyone's bid in, but if we don't get yours, it's not anyone's fault. We don't want you to be disappointed, so please put your bids in as quickly as possible. Don't wait for the last second, there is a chance we might not get your bid due to the lag. Lags vary from user to user, please do not wait, or think you have to go by the minimum bid increment. If you want that item, put in your max bid to ensure you don't lose the item by a few seconds.
After you win an auction: At the end of the auction, or after you win, message us with your name, phone number, shipping address and email address, and we will send you the total. This is very important. We do not have a way to directly message you from our business Facebook page, so you must send us a message after you win in order for us to contact you with your total.
Payment Method: The only payment method accepted is E-transfer to oshawa@graziella.ca. You can send your payment after we send you the total on Facebook messenger. No password is necessary for e-transfer to our account. There is no exceptions, sorry. All payments must be made by e-transfer. If that's not something you are comofortable with, please do not commit to a bid.
Taxes and shipping: All prices are plus applicable taxes depending on your province or state. Shipping is $10 in Canada and $15 to the USA. We can group your shipping if you win multiple items.
Services: All services such as sizing, shortening of chains, appraisals, rhodium plating, etc...are extra charges on auction items. Some of these services may be included with a regular priced Graziella purchase, but because auction prices are going for so low, we cannot offer these services free of charge.
Sizing quotes: All sizing transactions must be dealt with separately from the auction sales. If you need sizing on your auction item, please contact the store directly for a price quote after your payment for the auction is transferred. All service transactions will be dealt with separately from the auction. We can't give price quotes on sizing, only the stores can do so.
Returns and exchanges: Auction sales are final. We do our best to give you as much information as possible including photos, videos, and a great video stream during the auction. We are committed to giving incredibly low prices on very high-end jewellery and we appreciate your commitment to your bid and your purchase.
Abandoned Bids: Please make sure you are commited to your bid. All the rules are above. Read them carefully before you bid, and only when you are 100% commited you should bid. No hard feelings, but we will not accept future bids from you if you commit to a bid and abandon payment. We want to be fair to other bidders, so please be mindful when you bid.
