Estimated production and handling times vary and are indicated individually on each item's page. All online orders are shipped with Canada Post priority mail unless otherwise arranged. Shipping transit times to Canada and the USA is around 3-6 business days depending on the location. Upon receiving successful payment for a product, we will provide an estimated delivery date for the product to be shipped via email.
Our online return policy is 7 days after the item is received. Customers must contact us for an RA number before returning an item. You can message us or call the store to obtain an RA number. To return an item, it must be in the exact same, brand new condition you received it in. We will inspect all items and determine if they are eligible for return once we receive them.
Watches: Watches must be returned in perfect packaging and condition, along with all the documents and the warranty card. Any missing components will void returnability of the watch.
Jewellery and other merchandise: Items that are purchased from in-stock inventory may be returned for a refund if you are not satisfied. Contact Graziella Fine Jewellery first for specific return instructions prior to shipping.
Special orders and custom orders are not refundable. Online store order cannot be returned to the store. They must be shipped back and a refund will be credited to the original online payment method. We do not accept returns after 7 days from the day the product is received date.

Merchandise that is sized, shortened or altered in any way is not refundable.
