It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we share that Graziella Fine Jewellery has temporarily closed its doors.
On September 11, Graziella Fine Jewellery was unexpectedly placed into receivership. As a result, our family currently no longer has control of or access to the business we have spent the last 30 years building, nurturing, and proudly serving our community through.
While this is an incredibly difficult chapter for our family, we want our customers and community to know that we are not going anywhere. We are working tirelessly to find a path forward, with the hope of returning to serve you again as soon as possible.
For nearly 30 years, it has been an honour and a privilege to be part of your most meaningful moments — engagements, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, celebrations, family heirlooms, and memories that will last for generations. The trust you have placed in our family and in Graziella Fine Jewellery has meant more to us than we could ever adequately express.
Graziella has always been more than a jewellery store. It has been our family’s life’s work and a community that we are incredibly proud to have built alongside all of you.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your trust, your kindness, your patience, and your support throughout the years — and especially during this incredibly difficult time.
We sincerely hope this is not goodbye, but simply a pause before the next chapter.
